中远海控公告称，截至2026年1月13日，公司本次A股股份回购方案实施完毕，实际回购55,101,715股，占总股本的0.356%，回购金额8.25亿元，回购价格区间为14.86-14.98元/股。本次回购使用自有资金，不会对公司产生重大不利影响。公司将于1月15日注销回购股份。此外，公司执行董事于2025年12月29日自主行权，控股股东于2025年12月31日完成股份无偿划转。
