1月11日，在国家能源集团胜利电厂三期第二台机组建设现场，机械轰鸣、焊花飞溅，八百余名建设者争分夺秒抢工期。该项目建成后，预计年发电33亿千瓦时，可满足约110万户家庭全年用电需求；供热能力覆盖超1400万平方米，并能提供稳定工业蒸汽，成为区域绿色低碳发展的强劲引擎。
