观点网讯：1月14日，据市场消息，截至1月13日，新鸿基旗下西沙SIERRA SEA 第2A期次轮销售已录约43,000个购楼意向登记。
过往报道，1月13日，新鸿基SIERRA SEA第2A期上载销售安排第2号，将于周六（1月17日）推售共243伙。
当中229伙以价单形式发售，其余14伙特色单位则以招标形式推售。
