财联社1月13日电，据报道，必和必拓准备观望力拓与嘉能可就收购事宜的谈判，目前并不计划提出竞购。知情人士补充说，必和必拓认为嘉能可与其业务并不互补。知情人士称，该公司对嘉能可的贸易业务部门和煤炭资产不感兴趣，并认为英美公司的铜业务部门更胜一筹。
