根据空气质量会商结果，预计从1月12日晚起，天津市将出现一次重污染过程。按照《天津市重污染天气应急预案》有关规定，经天津市人民政府批准，天津市重污染天气应急指挥部发布重污染天气橙色预警，从1月12日20时起启动Ⅱ级应急响应。（央视新闻）
