记者从郑州交警方面了解到，根据公安部164号令《机动车登记规定》第四十一条：机动车所有人办理注销登记时，未交回机动车登记证书、号牌、行驶证的，应当公告机动车登记证书、号牌、行驶证作废。
现对以下323辆机动车予以公告，牌证自公告发布之日起作废。
