法国释放被美国指控参与加密货币勒索攻击的俄罗斯篮球运动员 Daniil Kasatkin。该人士此前在巴黎被捕，美方指控其参与网络攻击并索要加密货币赎金，法国法院已批准其引渡美国，但法方最终未签署引渡令。俄联邦安全局称，Kasatkin 系通过法俄囚犯交换返国，被交换对象为在俄服刑的法国公民 Laurent Vinatier。（cryptopolitan）
