北京商报讯（记者 宋亦桐）1月9日，深圳金融监管局发布《关于广东顺德农村商业银行股份有限公司吸收合并深圳龙华新华村镇银行股份有限公司的批复》，同意广东顺德农村商业银行股份有限公司吸收合并深圳龙华新华村镇银行股份有限公司，并承接深圳龙华新华村镇银行股份有限公司清产核资后的资产、负债、业务、网点和员工及其他权利义务。
