财联社1月9日电，证监会发布行政处罚决定书，2024年5月29日至6月27日，赵伟实际控制多个他人证券账户集中买入相关公司股票，内幕信息公开后全部卖出，共获利1,766,238.99元。证监会认为，赵伟上述行为构成内幕交易行为。证监会决定：没收赵伟违法所得1,766,238.99元，并处以5,298,716.97元罚款。
