财联社1月9日电，记者从独立信源处获悉，万达一笔4亿美元债券展期方案获得通过，该笔债券于2026年2月13日到期，票面利率11%，发行人为万达地产环球有限公司，根据债券展期方案，展期通过后该笔债券到期日延至2028年2月13日。（财联社记者 李洁）
