1月9日，微光股份（002801）发布公告，公司全资子公司微光技术通过高新技术企业重新认定，有效期三年。
根据国家相关规定，微光技术通过高新技术企业重新认定后连续三年（即2025年至2027年）继续享受高新技术企业的相关税收优惠政策，即按15%的税率缴纳企业所得税。
2025年前三季度，微光股份实现收入11.05亿元，归母净利润2.91亿元。
