1月9日，财达证券（600906）发布公告，近日，公司董事会收悉张明递交的书面辞职报告，因工作调整，张明申请辞去公司总经理职务，仍继续担任公司党委书记、董事长及其他职务。
公司于2026年1月9日召开董事会，聘任胡恒松为新总经理，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第四届董事会届满日止。
