正定自贸区话语城小区2021年已经交房入住，其二三期小区也陆续交房，四期正在紧锣密鼓的建设中，然后小区中间市政路历经五年仍未完工，该路涉及周边居民机动车驶入地库，跟涉及配套幼儿园能否开园。该幼儿园大门口开在此路上，迟迟未交付使用。
