德州市气象台1月9日10时23分发布大风蓝色预警：受蒙古气旋和较强冷空气影响，预计今天下午德州市全部县（市、区）将出现平均风力4级阵风6～7级的西南大风，傍晚到10日白天西北风平均风力5～6级阵风7～8级局地9级，并伴有扬沙或浮尘，此次大风、沙尘天气对空气质量、生产生活、人体健康等有不利影响，请注意防范。
