瑞士布勒集团宣布Samuel Schär接替Stefan Scheiber正式出任布勒集团首席执行官。Stefan Scheiber将于2026年2月召开的年度股东大会上被提名为布勒集团董事会主席。该任命于2025年4月宣布，2026年1月1日起执行。
布勒集团计划于2026年2月召开下一次年度股东大会，Stefan Scheiber将在此次大会上被提名为集团新任董事会主席。
现任董事会主席Calvin Grieder将在即将举行的年度股东大会后卸任。
