1月8日，中国平安人寿保险股份有限公司（下称平安人寿）发布公告称，平安资产管理有限责任公司（下称平安资管）受托该公司资金，投资于招商银行（03968.HK）H股股票，通过竞价交易方式于2025年12月31日买入招商银行H股股票，于当日达招行H股股本的20%，根据香港市场规则，触发平安人寿举牌。
