9日傍晚前后至 11 日，
较强冷空气将影响我市，
带来明显大风、降温
和沙尘天气。
其中9日傍晚到10日上午，
东北风 5～6 级，
阵风 7～8 级，
并伴有沙尘天气，
10日下午风力减小；
11 日早晨
最低气温-12～-10℃，
白天最高气温 0℃左右，
12 日气温开始回升。
本次天气过程风力大，
降温剧烈，并伴有沙尘天气，
对生产生活、人体健康、
交通运输、设施农业、
户外作业等
多方面有不利影响。
