智通财经APP讯，中金公司(03908)发布公告，公司于2021年1月29日完成“21中金Y1”的发行工作，2026年1月29日为本期债券第5个计息年度付息日。根据《中国国际金融股份有限公司公开发行2021年永续次级债券(面向专业投资者)(第一期)募集说明书》有关发行人赎回权条款的约定，公司决定行使“21中金Y1”发行人赎回权，对赎回登记日登记在册的“21中金Y1”全部赎回。“21中金Y1”的赎回价格为人民币104.68元/张(含当期利息，且当期利息含税)。
