格隆汇1月8日丨新开源(300109.SZ)公布，公司本次回购的公司股份将全部用于注销并减少注册资本。回购股份的资金总额不低于人民币4,000万元（含本数）且不超过人民币5,000万元（含本数），具体以回购期限届满时实际使用的资金总额为准。回购价格上限为25.77元/股。
