财联社1月8日电，众合科技在互动平台表示，公司通过国科众合创新集团有限公司持有苏州耀途进取创业投资合伙企业（有限合伙）3000万元合伙份额，苏州耀途进取创业投资合伙企业（有限合伙）持有壁仞科技11,476,150股；穿透后公司持有壁仞科技股权比例较低。除此之外，公司与壁仞科技暂无其他业务合作。
