苹果公司和摩根大通当地时间1月7日宣布，摩根大通将成为苹果信用卡（Apple Card）的新发卡机构，预计过渡期约为24个月，且需获得监管部门批准。
高盛另外宣布已达成协议，将苹果信用卡项目及相关账户移交至摩根大通。预计此次交易将使高盛2025年第四季度每股收益增加0.46美元。
