新华社莫斯科1月7日电（记者黄河）俄罗斯外交部7日表示，俄方正密切关注有关美国军方人员登上悬挂俄国旗的“水手”号油轮的相关报道，要求美国确保“水手”号油轮上的俄公民受到人道对待。
俄外交部在回应媒体提问时表示，美方应尊重“水手”号油轮上的俄公民权益，美国不应阻碍“水手”号上的俄罗斯人尽快返回家园。
