美国南方司令部7日称，在国际水域扣押一艘无国籍油轮。
美国南方司令部在社交媒体上称，美国7日凌晨拦截“一艘无国籍、受制裁的‘影子舰队’油轮”，行动过程中未发生任何意外。该船名为“索菲亚”号，当时正在国际水域航行。美国海岸警卫队正在控制“索菲亚”号前往美国进行处置。
