小米公司发言人1月6日晚发文称，针对拟与争议KOL合作一事，公司认定该事件“严重违背公司原则，严重伤害米粉感情”，属严重违规。按公司制度，涉事负责经办人员做辞退处罚，集团副总裁兼CMO许斐、公关部总经理徐洁云因管理失职，予以通报批评、扣除2025年相关绩效并取消年度奖金。
