近日，受持续低温影响，黄河柳林段进入流凌期。柳林县高家沟乡、三交镇黄河沿岸，河面上漂浮的流凌犹如片片白玉，在河水中缓缓移动。
黄河柳林段地处黄河中游，每年冬季都会出现流凌现象。当地相关部门已加强巡查监测，做好防凌准备工作，确保黄河凌汛期安全。 王凤云 摄
