1月5日，湖南省常德市澧县盐井镇白马庙村，村民在作坊制作手工荞麦豆皮。每到冬季，当地群众都有制作荞麦豆皮的传统习俗，既可用于日常食用，也可用于款待宾客。临近春节，不少作坊与村民纷纷开始制作荞麦豆皮，让它成为记忆中最温暖的年味，更发展成为助农增收的特色产业。郭立亮摄
