中孚信息（300659）发布公告，公司于2026年1月6日召开第六届董事会第二十一次会议，审议通过了《关于聘任董事会秘书的议案》。董事长魏东晓提名张丽为公司董事会秘书，任期自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第六届董事会任期届满。张丽被聘任后，董事长魏东晓将不再代行公司董事会秘书职责。
2025年前三季度，中孚信息实现收入4.77亿元，归母净利润-1.50亿元。
