1月6日，岱勒新材（300700）发布公告，公司在新加坡设立全资子公司DIALINE NEW MATERIAL (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD.，注册资本为400万新加坡元。
本次在新加坡设立子公司，是公司拓展海外市场的重要一步，依托新加坡的地域优势，且其具备完善的商业环境，有利于推动公司国际市场的合作交流及海外业务拓展。
2025年前三季度，岱勒新材实现收入3.40亿元，归母净利润-9634万元。
