1月6日，冠农股份（600251）发布公告，孙保新因工作变动原因辞去公司董事、董事会战略委员会委员、总经理职务。辞职后，孙保新不在公司及其控股子公司任职。在总经理空缺期间，由董事长刘中海代行总经理职责，直至公司聘任新总经理为止。
2025年前三季度，冠农股份实现收入21.36亿元，归母净利润3.47亿元。
