【#陕西出台随迁子女高考新规#】近日，陕西印发新版《外省来陕进城务工人员及其他非陕西户籍在陕就业人员随迁子女在陕参加普通高校招生考试实施细则》，明确界定随迁子女为考生与法定监护人户籍均不在陕或迁入陕不满3年的群体；申请在陕报名参加高考的随迁子女，须同时符合下列条件：
