据《每日邮报》曼城跟队记者Jack Gaughan的消息，胫骨骨折的格瓦迪奥尔本赛季可能很难再出场。
曼城官方此前确认，后卫格瓦迪奥尔在对阵切尔西的比赛中遭遇胫骨骨折，将在本周接受手术。

值得一提的是，今年6月份至7月份，格瓦迪奥尔所效力的克罗地亚国家队还将参加美加墨世界杯。
