1月4日5时56分许，上海市119指挥中心接警称：奉贤区G1503高速过瓦洪公路2公里处发生车辆事故，一私家车追尾集卡。私家车车头凹陷变形，挡风玻璃碎裂，驾驶员被困，头部和腿部受伤，意识模糊。由于车门落锁且车辆变形，消防人员通过破拆将车门打开，将伤者救出后送医。
