证券日报网讯 1月5日，世纪华通在互动平台回答投资者提问时表示，公司以集中竞价方式回购股份并注销的金额视同现金分红金额。公司已于2025年12月2日至2025年12月3日期间开展回购业务，成交总金额为999899749.24元（不含交易费用），上述回购股份已于2025年12月15日在中国证券登记结算有限责任公司深圳分公司办理完成回购注销手续。
