1月5日，联华超市发布公告称，朱定平因其他工作安排向董事会提出辞任执行董事及常务副总经理职务。朱定平的辞任自2026年1月5日起生效。朱定平已确认，彼与董事会并无意见分歧，亦无有关彼的辞任而须知会公司股东及香港联合交易所有限公司的其他事宜。
