1月5日晚间，天赐材料公告称，因建设期间市场环境及行业竞争格局变化，项目实施进展缓慢。结合公司对整体产品的战略规划及一体化建设布局的重新评估，经公司审慎考虑，决定将年产30万吨电解液建设规模调整为年产25万吨，同时取消10万吨电池拆解回收项目建设。变更后项目总投资不超过6亿元（原为13.32亿元），建设周期为20个月，实施主体与地点不变。项目达产后，预计可实现年平均营业收入36.74亿元，年平均净利润1.80亿元。（时代财经 周立）
