中国铝业(02600.HK)公布，拟通过非公开协议方式向云铝股份(000807.SZ)收购云南云铝物流投资有限公司(云铝物流)的51%股权，现金对价约2.64亿人民币。
完成后，公司将持有云铝物流的51%股权。
