1月5日，恒顺醋业发布公告称，公司控股股东江苏恒顺集团有限公司于 2025年5月24日至2025年12月31日期间，通过上海证券交易所系统以集中竞价方式累计增持公司股份1249.35万股，占公司总股本1.13%，累计增持金额为人民币9899.86万元（不含交易费用），本次增持计划实施完毕。
