锡业股份公告称，公司于2025年7月30日股东大会通过回购方案，拟用1-2亿元自有资金以集中竞价交易方式回购A股用于注销减资，回购价不超21.19元/股，期限12个月。截至2025年12月31日，累计回购股份37万股，占总股本0.0225%，最高成交价19.96元/股，最低17.74元/股，成交金额700.53万元。后续将在回购期内继续择机实施并依规披露。
