【财华社讯】融创中国(01918.HK)公布，鉴于公司的全面境外债务重组已于2025年12月23日完成，经公司与呈请人(即中国信达(香港)资产管理有限公司)以同意传票方式作出联合申请后，高等法院已于2026年1月5日颁令驳回该呈请。截至本公告日期，公司并无任何未决的清盘呈请。
