1月5日，林州重机（002535）发布公告，公司董事、副总经理赵正斌因个人年龄原因申请辞职，辞去公司董事、董事会战略委员会委员及副总经理职务。赵正斌的原定任期为公司第六届董事会届满，辞职后不再担任公司任何职务。
2025年前三季度，林州重机实现收入11.70亿元，归母净利润7125万元。
