新浪科技讯 1月4日晚间消息，有媒体报道称，小鹏汽车产品运营中心副总裁陈永海已于2025年12 月离职，其职务暂由总裁王凤英接替。截至发稿前，小鹏方面暂无回应。
资料显示，陈永海于2010年加入何小鹏创立的UC并担任产品主管一职；后又曾在360、高德地图任职，2022年1月，陈永海加入小鹏汽车。
目前，陈永海的微博认证依然还是小鹏汽车副总裁。
王凤英曾在长城汽车任职多年，其于2022年7月卸任长城汽车总裁职务，2023年1月起进入小鹏汽车并担任总裁，负责产品规划和销售业务。
