中南股份1月4日公告，公司董事会收到副总裁胡明的书面辞呈，因工作变动原因，胡明辞去了副总裁职务，根据《公司法》《公司章程》等有关规定，胡明的辞呈自送达董事会之日起生效。胡明辞职后，不在公司及子公司担任任何职务。
