2023年7月，戴伟浚从深圳转会至上海申花，但戴伟浚在申花的职业生涯并不顺利，他仅出场29次，其中仅有7次首发登场，累计贡献2次助攻，且未能收获进球。
2024年7月，戴伟浚为寻求出场机会租借加盟深圳新鹏城。然而在2025年2月，戴伟浚遭遇十字韧带断裂，进而错过了整个2025赛季。
