12月31日，山东章鼓（002598）发布公告，近日收到中国证券监督管理委员会下发的《立案告知书》，因涉嫌定期报告财务信息披露违法违规，决定对公司进行立案调查。公司表示将积极配合中国证监会的调查工作，并将严格按照相关法律法规和监管要求履行信息披露义务。
2025年前三季度，山东章鼓实现收入14.59亿元，归母净利润6196万元。
