近日，华兰股份发布公告称，为适应公司战略发展需要，建立健全公司投资决策程序，完善公司治理结构，增强公司决策科学性和核心竞争力，公司设立AI医药专家委员会。
经审议，董事会同意由LIUJUN（刘军）、孙茂松、赵宏担任AI医药专家委员会委员，其中LIUJUN（刘军）担任主任委员，3位委员的任期均为自本次董事会审议通过之日起至第六届董事会届满之日止。
