牛梓屹出生于1999年9月21日，现年26岁，司职后卫。2020年8月14日，中超联赛河南建业vs广州恒大淘宝，牛梓屹替补登场，完成自己在河南队一线队的处子秀。
职业生涯至今，牛梓屹已经代表河南队一线队出场72次，贡献1次助攻。
