“最快女护士”张水华回应辞职

1月2日，“最快女护士”张水华发声称，自己已从福建省附一医院离职。她表示，这一决定是人生必须经历的一关，如今已放下包袱，对医院的工作仍心存不舍，但尚不确定未来是否会重返护士岗位。

Zhang Shuihua, known online as China's "fastest nurse", announced Friday that she has resigned from The First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University.

While expressing reluctance to leave her hospital work, she added that she is unsure whether she will return to the nursing profession in the future.

其丈夫王岢向媒体透露，张水华已完成相关离职手续。对于记者提出的进一步核实请求，他表示拒绝回应。

Her husband, Wang Ke, told reporters that Zhang had completed the resignation procedures, but declined to cooperate with further verification requests.

福建省附一医院全科医学科室工作人员称，不了解情况。医院工作人员称，医院钉钉系统内还能查到张水华信息，并解释称，钉钉系统可查信息“和是否离职没关系，离职人员也能查到信息”。

张水华是福建医科大学附属第一医院护士，2025年8月底，张水华因在哈尔滨马拉松比赛夺冠后，接受采访时哭诉希望单位领导支持其调休参加比赛，引发舆论风波。

Zhang came under the national spotlight in late August 2025 after winning a marathon in Harbin. During a post-race interview, she became emotional while appealing for greater support from her supervisors to allow her compensatory leave for competitions, triggering heated online debate.

同年12月，有跑友公开一份福建医科大学附属第一医院的内部通报，文件标题是《福建医科大学附属第一医院关于对张水华的处理决定》，该文件指出张水华存在违规兼职取酬、以虚假理由获得调休的行为，被医院警告处分6个月，并不能参与2025年评优。

随后，福建医科大学附属第一医院官网发布情况说明：近期，我院依规依纪对张水华违规兼职取酬、以虚假理由获取调休问题进行处理。

In December, a runner circulated an internal disciplinary notice online stating that Zhang had violated workplace rules by engaging in unauthorized paid work and obtaining leave under false pretenses.

The document said she received a six-month warning and was barred from participating in the hospital's 2025 performance evaluations. The hospital later confirmed that disciplinary action had been taken in accordance with regulations.

在2026年1月1日，张水华参加了黑龙江抚远举行第七届东极新年马拉松，获女子组全程冠军。1月2日，“最快女护士”张水华在自己的短视频账号宣布辞职。

Zhang won the women's full marathon at the East Pole New Year Marathon in Fuyuan, Heilongjiang province on Thursday. One day later, Zhang announced her resignation on her short-video social media account.
