12月31日，实达集团（600734）发布公告，李莉丽因个人原因申请辞去公司财务总监职务，李莉丽辞任后，公司将对其另有任用安排。
为保障财务管理工作的顺利开展，财务总监职责暂由公司总裁朱向东代为行使。公司将尽快完成财务总监的选聘工作。
2025年前三季度，实达集团实现收入1.35亿元，归母净利润-8757万元。
