人民财讯12月31日电，宝色股份(300402)12月31日公告，公司于近日参与了陕西有色天宏瑞科硅材料有限责任公司（简称“天瑞公司”）“700吨超纯多晶硅项目二阶段多晶硅反应器成套装置采购项目”的公开招标，并成功中标。该项目中标金额为2.73亿元。公司与天瑞公司签署了该中标项目的采购合同。公司与天瑞公司受同一控制人陕西有色集团控制，本次交易构成关联交易。
