宝色股份公告，公司近日参与了陕西有色天宏瑞科硅材料有限责任公司“700吨超纯多晶硅项目二阶段多晶硅反应器成套装置采购项目”的公开招标，并成功中标。该项目中标金额为人民币2.73亿元。公司与天瑞公司签署了该中标项目的采购合同。
